The outstanding characteristics of manufacturing enterprises are obvious.
The structure of ADSS fiber optic cable is different from that of overhead lines. Its tensile strength is absorbed by the aramid rope. The modulus of elasticity of aramid rope is less than half of the modulus of elasticity of steel. The coefficient of thermal expansion is the fraction of steel, which determines the arc of the ADSS cable. It is sensitive to changes in external loads. In the iced state, the elongation of ADSS optical cable can reach 0.6, while the wire is only 0.1; the temperature change of sag is relatively slow, and the sag remains basically unchanged when the temperature changes. In windy conditions, the wind declination is large. When the wind speed is 30m/s, the winding angle can reach 80°, and the winding angle of the wire is only about half of that of the optical cable.
First, the structural characteristics of ADSS optical cable:
At present, the ADSS optical cables that have been produced can be divided into two types: layer twisted type and central bundle tube type. Among them, the stranded type optical cable has an FRP reinforced core, and the weight is slightly larger than that of the bundled tube type. At the same time, because it works in a high-voltage environment, according to the strength of the electric field, it can be divided into AT sheath corrosion-resistant type and PE sheath standard type. The features of ADSS cables are as follows:
1. Designed for power system, it is a self-supporting overhead optical cable with a complete insulating medium. Its structure does not contain any metallic materials.
2. The full insulation structure and high withstand voltage index are conducive to the erection of overhead workers on the live power line of live operation, without affecting the operation of the line.
3. The anti-stranded wire material with high tensile strength can withstand strong tensile force, meet the requirements of large span of overhead power lines, and prevent cockroaches and human shooting.
4. The thermal expansion coefficient of ADSS optical cable is small. When the temperature changes greatly, the arc of the fiber optic cable is almost unchanged, the weight is light, and the load on ice and wind is also small.
Second, the service life of ADSS optical cable:
ADSS fiber optic cables are installed on high-voltage transmission lines. Its general lifespan is more than 25 years, and there are many factors that affect its lifespan. The main factors are:
1. The gradient of the high-voltage induction electric field near the tower varies greatly. Will the high-voltage induction electric field cause strong galvanic corrosion of the optical cable? Generally, overhead power lines of 35KV and below are PE type, and overhead power lines of 110KV and above are AT type.
2. For the double-circuit pole tower, due to power failure or line modification of the primary circuit of the line, it should be considered when selecting the suspension point.
3. When the acid gas sprayed with salt spray of the line passes through the work area, the chemical will corrode the outer skin of the optical cable, and the electrical protective cover will be damaged and easily damaged by the arc.
4. Due to improper construction caused by skin damage or wear, operating under long-term high-voltage electric field, its surface is easy to corrode, and the outer optical cable with smooth outer sheath can effectively reduce electrical corrosion and prolong service life.
Despite the strong demand for the ADSS fiber optic cable industry, due to the limited product performance of optical fiber optic cable, its service life is about 50 years. After a product update or replacement, demand will be greatly weakened and the entire industry will be on track. Therefore, although China's optical cable industry is developing well, the proportion of optical cable production and demand has exceeded 100%. After the capacity expansion period, the industry may become calm. Therefore, in the long run, the future direction of the advertising optical cable industry is still a question worth pondering.
